What makes these Montana Sapphires special?

Most sapphires come from large mining operations, but Montana sapphires are different. They are gathered from riverbeds and mountain gravels in the United States and make up only about 0.02 percent of the world’s supply. Of those, very few show true colour zoning, and fewer still hold two balanced, vibrant shades in a single stone, such as blue beside yellow or teal melting into green.

Nature has to get everything just right for that to happen, which is why a bi-colour Montana is so rare and why no two are ever alike. Add a traceable, naturally fair trade, conflict-free supply chain, and colours that shift as the light moves, and you have a gem that is as responsibly sourced as it is mesmerising. In our selected rounds, those colours mingle within one stone in ways you will want to keep turning to the light.

Because no two stones available for preorder are the same, we cannot guarantee that your pendant will match the colour in the photo exactly. Once you have preordered, we will email you with the stones currently available so you can choose yours.
