Refund Policy

For ready-made items, full payment is necessary to secure the item(s).

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Figursky operates under a 14 day returns policy. Items intended for return or exchange must be shipped or postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. This policy does not apply to made-to-order and sale items, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you wish to initiate a return, please email hello@figursky.com.

For bespoke and custom pieces all deposits are non-refundable.

For bespoke orders, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the piece (usually within the 8-week production timeframe), with the final payment due within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Once the final balance is received, bespoke orders will be made available for collection or shipping. Please note that we will not ship or allow collection of the jewellery until payment in full has been received.

For gemstone holds, a minimum 30% deposit is required, and the maximum hold period is 4 weeks. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a different gemstone.
